  • A1. The Resort water facilities are open throughout the year, and since most of the facilities are outdoors, water temperature depends on the weather, so please use according to personal comfort.
  • A2. The Resort has a heated indoor spa with ocean view. Cost is NT$200 per person per admission.
  • A3. Please refer to the Central Weather Bureau for weather information, and call the Resort (08-886-9999) to confirm recent weather conditions.
  • A4. To ensure facility hygiene and prevent hair from clogging drainage, please wear swimsuit and swim cap.
  • A5. The Resort provides the use of kickboards for free. Please bring your own floats and sand toys, or purchase them from the Resort store.
  • A6. The Resort provides the use of cots, baby bathtubs and bottle sterilizers for free. Since availability is limited, please call or write to reserve when making your room reservation.
  • A7. Room service has microwaves. Please call Extension 51 from your room telephone, and room service will pick up your food for warming up and deliver it back to your room.

About Room Reservation


  • A1. Please provide registered name (in English or Chinese), booking agent (travel agency or booking site) and check-in dates for service staff to confirm your reservation.
  • A2. Please provide details of check-in dates. If check-in dates are not confirmed, please provide the month, day of the week or period the period (e.g. 2 / 1-2 / 16) that you wish to check-in.
  • A3. Please provide booking information, such as check-in dates, the number of guests and height of children (if traveling with children) for service staff to provide you with the most suitable price quote.
  • A4. Please provide reservation information such as check-in dates, the number of guests, height of children (if traveling with children) and promotion codes for service staff to confirm room availability.
  • A5. Please provide accommodation voucher number, check-in dates, the number of guests and height of children (if traveling with children) for service staff to check for availability and any extra charges for price balance.

About Shuttle Service


  • A1. Please provide details of pick-up and drop-off locations for service staff to confirm shuttle run and availability. For other unscheduled pick-up and drop-off locations, please ask for quote on taxi fare.
  • A2. 1.The Resort shuttle is recommended. The shuttle departs once daily at 14:20 from the High Speed Rail Zuoying Station. Round-trip cost is NT $ 600 per person. Please make advance reservation. Availability is limited.
    2.Another option is taking the Kenting Express and getting off at the Hengchun transfer station, where the Resort provides free shuttle pick-up. If taking the Kenting Express, please reserve the shuttle in advance (08-886-9997 Ext. 88729). Resort Transportation Information
